What we collect
When you request university matches, we collect your name, email, intended study level and subject, GPA if provided, preferred destinations, tuition budget, intended start date and priorities. We may also retain the page, referrer and campaign that brought you to Global College Guide.
How we use your information
We use this information to review your profile, select three personalized university options, email those matches and answer questions about your options and next steps. Match delivery is a service you request, not consent to unrelated marketing.
When information is shared
Submitting the matching form does not automatically send your details to a university. If you later ask for an introduction or choose to contact a university, we may share the details needed to support that request and will make this clear at the time.
Security and retention
We use access controls and abuse protection to keep matching requests private. Only authorized Global College Guide administrators can review them. We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service, operate safely and meet legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information. You can also ask us not to contact you again. These rights may vary by where you live.
